Booking your party with Call Me Ceilidh is simple! Start by sending us an enquiry form with your event details. Once we confirm availability, we’ll guide you through completing a booking form, signing a contract, and paying a deposit. Once that’s done, your booking is officially secured, and we’ll take care of the rest!
Call Me Ceilidh requires full payment to be completed 30 days before your event date. If the payment is not received by this deadline, a late fee will be applied at a compound rate of 1% per day, up to a maximum of 20%. This policy is designed to maintain a smooth and professional booking process, allowing you to focus on celebrating, connecting, and dancing during your event without concerns over logistics. Timely payment ensures that all arrangements are firmly in place, helping to guarantee a seamless and enjoyable Electric Ceilidh experience.
The cost to book Call Me Ceilidh varies depending on several key factors including the event date and location, the size of the band required, the duration of the performance, and whether you would like to include DJ services alongside the live music. Yes, we often perform in all sorts of settings, including marquees, barns, gardens, and other non-traditional venues. We’ll just need a suitable performance area, access to power, and enough cover and shelter to protect the equipment and performers.
