To begin your booking with Call Me Ceilidh, start by sending us an enquiry form detailing your event requirements. Once we receive your enquiry, we will confirm availability and ask you to complete a booking form to secure your date. After this, we will send you a contract along with a deposit invoice. When you sign the contract and the deposit is received, you will receive a confirmation from us, and your booking will be officially secured.
Call Me Ceilidh requires full payment to be completed 30 days before your event date. If the payment is not received by this deadline, a late fee will be applied at a compound rate of 1% per day, up to a maximum of 20%. This policy is designed to maintain a smooth and professional booking process, allowing you to focus on celebrating, connecting, and dancing during your event without concerns over logistics. Timely payment ensures that all arrangements are firmly in place, helping to guarantee a seamless and enjoyable Electric Ceilidh experience.
The cost to book Call Me Ceilidh varies depending on several key factors including the event date and location, the size of the band required, the duration of the performance, and whether you would like to include DJ services alongside the live music.
